Party Time

Members of the Democratic National Committee elected former presidential candidate Howard Dean to be their new chairman over the weekend, but not before he rallied his young supporters one final time. Dean stood outside the Capitol City Brewing Co. near Union Station last Wednesday and pledged to carry the party forward by, in part, working with Members of Congress, represented by the nearby Capitol Dome. The former Vermont governor was named chairman after his opponents for the position dropped out one by one.
