Tie a Pink Ribbon

Capitol Police officers arrest members of the protest group CODEPINK for disorderly conduct in the Russell Building hallway outside Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton’s (D-N.Y.) office Tuesday. They had created a network of pink ribbons as a prop for their call for Clinton to “dismantle her web of war.”
