Back before BrickBreaker and online Solitaire, those on Capitol Hill still had plenty of ways to entertain themselves during slower times. Magnus Johnson, Lee Overman and Simeon Fess wait their turn. This photo is part of the National Photo Company Collection at the Library of Congress.
