A double-decker tour bus crosses North Capitol Street at D Street on Tuesday morning, giving passengers a pristine view of the Capitol Dome. Passengers probably weren’t so eager to sit on the top deck later in the day as temperatures soared into the 90s and humidity made the day feel even hotter.
