Obama to Talk With House Democrats

Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Sen. Barack Obama (Ill.) will address the House Democratic Caucus on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. The meeting is the first between Obama and Congressional Democrats since he clinched the nomination. It comes just days before Congress leaves for a monthlong recess, when the campaigns will be in full swing.
