Bensing Joins the Bockorny Group

The trickle of senior staffers moving downtown continues this week with National Republican Senatorial Committee Executive Director J. Scott Bensing heading to the Bockorny Group.

Bensing, a longtime GOP aide, will join the lobby shop as a senior consultant for special projects in January. In addition, Bensing has signed up as a partner with November Inc., a consulting firm in Nevada.

Prior to his stint at the NRSC, Bensing served as chief of staff to Sen. John Ensign (R-Nev.).

Bensing’s move to K Street is the latest in a series by top Hill and political staffers.

Earlier this week Gregg Rothschild, chief counsel and deputy staff director of the House Commerce Committee under former Chairman John Dingell (D-Mich.), decided to join the Glover Park Group.
