President Barack Obama will hold a Rose Garden press conference at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, the White House announced Monday.Obama, who has held his last few press conferences in the evening at prime time in the East Room, can be expected to push hard on his health care proposals. Other issues sure to be addressed the gathering are Iran and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
