Florida Gov. Charlie Crist (R) announced Thursday that he raised $4.3 million in just six weeks since joining the race to replace retiring Sen. Mel Martinez (R) next year.Crist’s massive fundraising total means that he averaged about $86,000 raised per day since he announced his Senate bid on May 12.
