New Hampshire: Boehner to Raise Cash for Granite State GOP

House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) is visiting New Hampshire next month to headline a fundraiser for state Republicans. Boehner will speak at a reception for the New Hampshire Republican State Committee on Nov. 13 in Concord.

State GOP Chairman John Sununu, a former governor and White House chief of staff, invited Boehner to speak at the evening reception. The $100-per-person fundraiser will benefit the state party, which is targeting two House races and a Senate race in the 2010 cycle.

“We’re very happy to have him in New Hampshire and he’ll be raising money for the state committee,— said New Hampshire GOP spokesman Ryan Williams.
