Senatorial daughter-turned-media sensation Meghan McCain recently offered her Twitter followers some advice on how to be more ladylike.

McCain, the 26-year-old daughter of Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), tweeted late Sunday that she keeps getting asked how she maintains her upright posture during interviews. She says she follows a simple trick that she learned in etiquette school when she was 14.

“it’s called ‘ruler and kitten paws’ — sit like you have a ruler against your back and lay your wrists like kitten paws. elongates your body,” McCain tweeted. “and makes you look more ladylike. Hope that answers the questions I keep getting asked about this! xo.”

Earlier Sunday, McCain tweeted about visiting a casino. “Why hello Mr. Blackjack table… I hope you’re ready to become my b—- this afternoon,” she wrote.
