HOH’s One-Minute Recess: All I Want for Christmas Is Bipartisanship

Turns out the old adage is true, the holidays really do bring people together.

HOH hears that outgoing Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) and Speaker-designate John Boehner (R-Ohio) put aside their differences and partied together Thursday night. Hoyer was spotted at a holiday soiree hosted by Boehner at Capitol Hill restaurant Johnny’s Half Shell.

No word on what the two chatted about, but we do hear that newly appointed House Ways and Means Committee member Rep. Tom Price (R-Ga.) was the man of the hour.

“Everyone was congratulating him on his new big job,” a tipster tells us.
