Hasner Scoops Up Blackwell Backing

Senate candidate Adam Hasner in Florida picked up the endorsement of Ken Blackwell, a former Housing and Urban Development undersecretary and potential Senate candidate himself in Ohio. In a video posted online Sunday, Blackwell praised Hasner’s “measurable track record of true conservatism.”

Hasner, the former state House Majority Leader, has been attempting to run to the right of his two opponents in the Republican primary, Florida Senate President Mike Haridopolos and former Sen. George LeMieux.
