HOH’s One-Minute Recess: Let’s Make a Commitment!

Updated: 2:19 p.m.

It just “worked out” that a former aide to Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Wis.) who happened to be dressed like an ’80s aerobics instructor got an offer she couldn’t refuse last week on “Let’s Make a Deal” — a surprise marriage proposal.

Tiffany Enns, who served as Sensenbrenner’s legislative director from 2005 to 2008, and her fiancé, Isaac Johnson, were singled out by host Wayne Brady (Loved you on “Chappelle’s Show,” Wayne!) during the show’s final segment.

Brady offered the spandex-and-sweatband-clad pair $300 bucks to produce their wedding rings, a seemingly random pitch that produced blank stares. Johnson then fished a ring from his fanny pack, dropped to one knee and put Enns on the spot in front of the live studio audience.

Enns was stunned, the crowd roared and Brady forked over $500 as an early wedding gift. Not a bad haul for playing dress-up on national TV. But it was hardly Enns’ biggest entertainment-related payday. She previously snagged a $5,000 shopping spree from Hot 99.5.

The two lovebirds will formally tie the TV-spurred knot in Santa Barbara, Calif., on May 20.
