Support for Military Families in Maine

WCSH-Portland has a video story and reports that “hundreds of military service members, veterans and their families filled the stands at Hadlock Field in an effort to relieve ‘invisible wounds of war.'”

“Maine families were treated to a Sea Dogs baseball game and barbecue on Sunday.”

“The outing is designed to gather those families under a great deal of stress during and after military deployments, and provide them with free activities that support family relationships.”
