Biden Calls Out ‘Old Butt Buddy’ in Iowa

Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. gave a shoutout to former Rep. Neal Smith at an event at Drake University in Iowa Thursday, calling Smith his “old butt buddy.”

Drake’s law school is named after Smith and his wife, Beatrice.
