Watch: 12-Bill Appropriations Package Heads to Senate

The House voted 211-198 on Thursday to pass the $1.2 trillion omnibus spending package. Watch for Speaker Paul D. Ryan’s comments on the House’s work ahead of the end of the fiscal year. The legislation now moves to the Senate where Democrats object to its funding levels and policy riders, and have the votes to block it.
