Sens. Darline Graham, R-S.C., and Charles E. Grassley, R-Iowa, arrive for a swearing-in ceremony in the Capitol on Tuesday after Graham was sworn in on the Senate floor. Graham replaces her brother, the late Sen. Lindsey Graham, who died on July 11.
