With the August recess looming, senators had Capitol Hill all to themselves. This week sees Sen. John Cornyn looking for the exits, Homeland Security Republicans clashing with Dr. Anthony Fauci and his lawyer, and a spat brewing between Bernie Sanders and John Fetterman.
