Alex Clearfield is a researcher for the Members team at CQ, which tracks Members of Congress and congressional elections. He joined CQ in April 2015 as a researcher for the advocacy and engagement team. Prior to CQ he interned on Capitol Hill, with two nonprofit advocacy groups, and with a political consulting firm. He is a South Jersey native, Johns Hopkins graduate, and current resident of Silver Spring, Md.
