Warren Rojas is a general assignment reporter and features writer at Roll Call. He started at the publication as a Heard on the Hill columnist and later contributed to weekly dining coverage. Rojas reviewed restaurants as founding dining editor at Northern Virginia Magazine and helped carve out an investigative reporter post at Tax Notes Magazine.
