Eric did such a good job. We've had very few complaints almost no complaints about the rooms. Usually when a hotel opens you have drains that aren't connected and pipes that aren't connected and water that's spewing through the rooms and all sorts of things. We haven't had anything. It's really -- They did done a great job the contractors have done a fantastic job and the hotel is built to the absolute highest standards of luxury.
