<div> While national party committees and outside super PACs smother Florida’s 13th Congressional District with millions of dollars of media ads, the candidates continue to raise funds for their special election on Tuesday. Last-minute contribution notices in the previous three weeks show Republican <strong>David Jolly</strong> reporting more large contributions than Democrat <strong>Alex Sink</strong>, but doing little to close the huge financial advantage Sink had three weeks ago. From the February 20th through March 8th, Republican Jolly has reported over $250,000 in last-minute contributions of $1,000 or more.
