Updated 2 a.m. | Rep. Silvestre Reyes was defeated Tuesday by former El Paso City Councilman Beto O’Rourke in the 16th district Democratic primary. With 100 percent of precincts reporting, the eight-term lawmaker trailed 44 percent to 50 percent.
