We just can't do it. And I have a great relationship with President Xi. But we can't allow this to happen. There is nothing nice about saying to Saudi Arabia: "You have to pay for military protection." We're not going to do this unless, you know it's ridiculous, we're spending money and they're paying for just a fraction of the cost of the military.
