I actually worked in Cincinnati, and it was a great -- the Queen City. I had a great experience. Many of the people on this route are older Americans in a low-income area. And as Kyle says of his job, "We're not just mailmen, we're mechanics, movers, and many other things. We're part of the neighborhood." That's true, isn't it -- huh? -- for a mailman.
