This bill could not have passed without you, couldn't have passed without the Alaska delegation, couldn't have passed without the leadership in the House and the Senate, and Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell and the other leaders. As l, all I can say is that we're making headway -- and this is just the beginning. If you stop and think about it, this president hasn't even been in office for a year and look at all the things he's been able to get done by sheer will in many ways.
