New districts, new ratings point to California battles ahead

The poll surveyed 400 likely primary voters from May 6-8 via landline and cell phones. The margin of error was 4.9 percent.
Trump handily carried Tenney’s upstate New York district by 16 points, while Tenney won by a smaller 6-point margin in a race that featured a well-funded third party candidate.
Polis spent nearly $6 million of his own money (and raised another $1.2 million) in his initial race.
