In floor remarks on next week’s schedule, Hoyer said he could bring the reconciliation package up, along with a separate Senate-passed bipartisan infrastructure bill, “if they’re ready.”
The bill would remove marijuana from the schedule of illegal drugs established under the 1970 Controlled Substances Act, where it remains classified as a highly dangerous drug without health benefits
