Widow Cindy McCain, whom Biden chose as ambassador to United Nations agencies in Rome, said in a statement that the library would serve Arizona "the way John served his country."
But he noted that the “war games” with South Korea that Trump said he will end, will continue if the North Korean leader doesn’t follow through on his commitments.
“It says this is not about the FBI or about he leadership writ large,” he said.
