Impeachment lawyer income Two lawyers with prominent roles in the House impeachment inquiry — Stephen Castor, the Republican general counsel for the Oversight Committee, and Daniel Goldman, a senior adviser for the Intelligence Committee Democrats — testified alongside one another Monday. A Capitol Police officer removed the first suspect from the vehicle and saw the passenger drop a burnt cigarette, which appeared to be dipped in a yellow-brown liquid.The two suspects showed signs of impairment and the officer saw a glass vial containing a yellow-brown liquid “consistent with that of liquid PCP,” the Capitol Police report states. Both were arrested and the driver was also charged with driving under the influence (DUI).
