Eighteen-month-old Kendall Weinecke just can’t seem to get enough of her new handbag.

Actually, it’s her mother’s handbag, but don’t tell that to Kendall. The toddler modeled the bag last week for a Roll Call article on her mother, Chantal Weinecke, and her “Monkey Gear” creations. Weinecke, a Capitol Hill resident and former think-tank staffer, began designing the bags after her daughter was born.
