Spring Break

For a few days last week, staffers and tourists streamed outside to bask in the sun. And because Congress is in recess, there was plenty of space for people to find a nice, quiet spot and enjoy the weather. However, cold, wind and rain set in toward the end of the week, casting a bit of gloom over Good Friday and forcing everyone back indoors. With a mixed forecast for the coming days, Hillites may be hard-pressed to maximize their free time before the House and Senate return to work next week.
