Capitol Tours

Despite the elevated federal terror alert level, Capitol tours will remain open to the public, according to D.C. Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton (D). [IMGCAP(1)]

Unscheduled public tours were temporarily closed in March during military operations in Iraq.

“I am very pleased that Capitol personnel are adjusting to the inevitable alerts and keeping the Capitol open to the American people and other visitors,” Norton said.
