Actress Visits Congress to Push Anti-Piracy Legislation

Actress Bo Derek paid a visit to Capitol Hill on Thursday to support legislation to combat copyright piracy of entertainment industry products. Derek joined Sens. John Cornyn (R-Texas) and Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and entertainment executives to unveil the Artists’ Rights and Theft Prevention Act. In the photo above, the actress, who claimed she is losing money on movie residuals and her copyrighted photo collection because of piracy, smiles as Cornyn greets Virgin Records CEO Matt Serletic, who was on hand for the ART Act announcement.
