In the above photo, Brandon Eden, an intern for Rep. Eric Cantor (R-Va.), is somewhere on the grounds. Use the features on the Dome to determine his exact location.
[IMGCAP(2)]Last week’s photo showcased a technology that often can’t be used in news photography because it requires the time to take multiple images from the same location. It’s a high dynamic range photograph, a multiframe image that shows far more detail than a standard digital photo.
