Clarification: The original version of the story described VoteVets as an “antiwar group.” Jon Soltz, executive director of the group, told CQPolitics this was a mischaracterization, describing VoteVets instead as a pro-military group that opposes the Iraq war but supports military action when necessary to fight terrorism.
