Hill Residents Look to Combat Spike in Crime

Police and neighbors will meet this afternoon and Wednesday to distribute fliers and talk with residents about community policing in Police Service Area 102.

They will gather tonight from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Third and M streets Northeast to target New York Avenue Metro commuters and Wednesday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Second Street and Massachusetts Avenue Northeast to target Union Station commuters. The events are in response to a crime spike in PSA 102 over the past month.
