Kuzo, a cheetah housed in the Columbus Zoo, licks the hand of its handler, Suzi Rapp, during a visit to Capitol Hill last week. They made the trip to raise awareness of the importance of the Great Cats and Rare Canids Act, which would provide funding for international conservation efforts and identifies 13 feline and canine species that are endangered or threatened under international law.
