New Hampshire: Former Sununu Staffer Joins Fray in 2nd District

Grant Bosse, a former aide to Sen. John Sununu (R), is the latest Republican to join a crowded field looking to take on freshman Rep. Paul Hodes (D).

“I’m running for Congress so that Congress will start addressing its real priorities; providing our military with the means to defend this nation, securing our borders, and freeing the economy from taxes, mandates, and regulations,” Bosse said in his announcement statement last week. “They are not going to stop playing political games until we start sending different people to Congress.”

Bosse announced his bid on the radio station he used to run. He joins state Sen. Bob Clegg, radio host Jennifer Horn and attorney Jim Steiner in the Republican primary for the western New Hampshire district, which leans slightly Democratic.
