Arizona: Lord Keeps Ringing Up Labor Union Support

Attorney Bob Lord (D) has picked up another union endorsement in his bid to unseat Rep. John Shadegg (R) in the GOP-leaning suburban Phoenix 3rd district.

The Arizona State Building and Construction Trades Council, which claims 17 affiliate unions and 10,000 members, is throwing that weight behind Lord.

“Having Arizona’s working families working with our campaign for change from the ground up is incredibly important,” Lord said in a statement.
