Bush Heads to Texas

During an appearance at the Federal Emergency Management Agency headquarters, President Bush said he will head to Texas instead of Minneapolis on Monday to oversee coordination of hurricane efforts, but he will not head to Louisiana initially, saying he did not want to impede any relief efforts.

Bush also urged Americans to give to charities and to pray.
