GOP Officials Scale Back Monday’s Program

GOP officials announced they are canceling Monday’s Republican National Convention program except for official floor business. The convention will convene at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn., at 3 p.m. CDT, with adjournment expected by 5:30 p.m.

Monday’s official business will include formally constituting the convention.
