Photo of the Week: Crowning Glory

Union Station recently celebrated 100 years, an observance that fell on the 20th anniversary of the station’s 1988 renovation. The station, one of the city’s most popular sites, has been named one of the 2008 “Great Public Spaces in America” by the American Planning Association. More than 32 million people pass through Union Station each year, but how many of them look up to see its Beaux Arts ceiling?
