Gibbs: Obama to Meet with GOP Next Week

President Barack Obama will travel to Capitol Hill early next week to speak with the Republican caucuses, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said on Friday. Obama, who conducted a meeting with Congressional leaders on Friday that included GOP Members, will “solicit their ideas,” Gibbs said. Gibbs also told reporters that Obama intends to address a joint session of Congress sometime in February.
