President to Address Job Growth

President Barack Obama will deliver a speech Tuesday on the economy, the White House announced Thursday. The president indicated during a jobs conference Thursday that Tuesday’s remarks would include ideas for stimulating job growth. With the GOP heavily criticizing Obama for what they say is a “jobless recovery,— the president has increasingly sought to draw attention to his concern with jobs and his ideas for spurring employment. The remarks will be delivered in Washington, D.C., at the Brookings Institution.
