Another Republican Enters Race For Rep. Mollohan’s Seat

Mac Warner, a West Virginia businessman and military veteran, is the latest Republican to make plans to seek the 1st district seat of Rep. Alan B. Mollohan (D).

Warner has filed “precandidacy” papers with state election officials, according to West Virginia Watchdog and a list of candidates on the Web site of the West Virginia Secretary of State’s office.

Warner’s biography says that he graduated from West Point and holds a law degree as well as master’s degrees in military law and international law.
