Attorney Andy Barr (R), who is hoping to unseat Kentucky Rep. Ben Chandler (D) in November, announced Thursday that his campaign raised just under $119,000 during the last three months of 2009.

Barr’s fourth quarter fundraising total comes out to a little over half of the $210,000 Chandler brought in over the same period. According to a spokeswoman, the Congressman will show about $1.6 million cash on hand in fundraising reports set to be filed with the Federal Election Commission at the end of the month.
