Kansas state Rep. Kevin Yoder is one of two leading Republicans running for the nomination in the open-seat race in the 3rd Congressional district. Rep. Dennis Moore (D) is retiring from the competitive House seat. On the Democratic side, Moore’s wife, Stephene, is running to succeed him.
