HOH’s One-Minute Recess: Young Blood

If you’re looking to find the cool kids of the Democratic Party on Tuesday night, check the K Street Lounge.

Generation Forty Four, the Democratic National Committee’s new young donor group, is hosting a fundraiser at the downtown nightclub (with tickets cleverly starting at $44).

The highlight of the night is a special appearance by President Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign manager, David Plouffe, but HOH hears there will be plenty of other political VIPs on hand, including Mitch Stewart, executive director of Organizing for America; Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-Pa.), one of Gen44’s honorary co-chairmen; and Reps. Kendrick Meek (D-Fla.) and Tim Ryan (D-Ohio).
