Obama Heading to New Orleans on Sunday

President Barack Obama will be in New Orleans on Sunday to mark the fifth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs announced Friday.

Obama will deliver remarks at Xavier University of Louisiana and will be joined by several members of his Cabinet, Gibbs said.
